Simone Biles won her 20th gold medal at the World Championships as Team USA captured its seventh consecutive world championship on October 4 in Antwerp, Belgium. She's now the most successful female gymnast in the history of gymnastics with 33 medals at world competitions and the Olympics. Just three days before, Biles landed a highly challenging vault that is the only one she has ever attempted on an international arena.
